the World of Coke a Cola!

yesterday me and my mom went to the official history museum of coke! the beginning we walked into the lobby were we had a speech at cokes history and saw all the very old coke products. then we walked into a huge Imax theater and saw what goes on in a coke vending machine. -after the screen lifted up and these walls opened up and we were in the coke factory line. we saw how the coke was made and all the machines and technology at work. boy ill tell ya- i never knew so much went on to make a simple coke! after we saw on a map on that showed all the different factory's and shops that sell coke around the world. its in 37 different countries. then we walked in and saw how the brilliant man came up with the idea of coke and how it got so big. after that we went on this 4d ride in a different theater with our 3d classes the show began and our chairs started to move and do different wild things water sprayed from the ceiling and on the screen showed people drinking coke and the adventure of 2 people to find what makes coke a coke. later we went into a different lounge area were we saw all the coke commercials from the first airing and the latest airing. i was really thirsty. finally we went in these huge room we there was 6 bars each with a continents name on it. we drank every coke flavor ever made around the world some were really nasty like peanut lime coke. red apple. and some were good like sweet candy. sour apple. and the nastiest one was from Italy- i cant believe they call that a coke it tasted like wine without the wine. then at the exit the factory line ended and we got a free collectible old fashioned coke it was really good......so that's was my day!

the zoo

today me and my mom went to the zoo, Joe was working. it wasn't very far away. today was perfect we got a cold front is was 85 degrees, so that's pretty cool compared to what we've been having down here! they had loins, tigers a reptile exhibit! it was cool: they had snakes, cute little frogs and weird turtles. then we walked to Atlanta's biggest attraction... the pandas! they were shipped from china for 30 million dollars!! they were cute and one was huge, chewing on a piece of bamboo but at least he had good manners. my favorite was the crocodile he was going to eat this turtle because its in a swamp with all these other creatures and turtles, frogs ect.. any way he was heading to eat this turtle but then the water turned on and the croc turned away distracted. we had fun watching the kangaroos and exotic birds but in the end we were glad to get home after all that walking!

fishing on the hoochi

yesterday we packed our dinner, supply's and equipment and set on on a trip to the Chattahoochee River (like a mile away). we found a good spot, made camp and fished. we fished for a while, after catching some north Georgia seaweed bass, and getting the line stuck in trees that hung over us, we ate our packed pbj's. We fished some more only this time me and Joe swam out to the middle of the river, its pretty wide by the way, while mom waited on shore. after a while we moved to a new spot and fished there, I spotted it a dead fish so i threw my line out there and tried to wheel it in. after like 30 minutes i got the hook stuck in the fishes gills and was able to pull it out!~ it was dead just to remind you.
see you guys in awhile!
